Automatic Liquid Filling Machine 2, 4, and 6 Syringes(Head) Filling Machine
Working Principal:
Linear bottle filling machine, the containers are unscrambled on a rotary Turn Table and transferred to the machine on a straight-line conveyor, from here the containers move to the filling station, where the liquid is dispensed using a Mechanically operated Driving Nozzle. A precision un-touch centering arrangement incorporated on the nozzles allows its free movement in the containers. The filling operation takes place when the Nozzle on the lowest level liquid start and stops before the nozzle comes out from the bottleneck.

No containers no fill arrangement.
Filling nozzle diving type, hence no foam formation and spillage of liquid.
Can fill volumes from 3 ml to 1000 ml at one stroke by selecting required ranges syringes.
Volume adjustable Eccentrics block easy to set volume. Minimum change over time.
Rigid sturdy vibration free construction for trouble free performance.
Filling Accuracy ± 1% filled volume.
Machine and conveyor having drain tray.
Speed control by AC frequency drive control panel. For filling machine and conveyor for
synchronized.
All Parts in contact are made of stainless steel as per GMP.
Syringes available 30ml, 60ml, 110ml, 260ml, 550ml & 1000ml.(change parts)
