S.S. PRESSURE VESSELS
Pressure vessels are extensively used in injectable liquid products for the pharmaceutical
industry. These vessels are used to transfer liquid products to the membrane filter holder system by Nitrogen pressure for the final filtration of a sterile injectable product.
These vessels are manufactured from S.S. AISI 316L quality.
All joints are Tig welded, Caps and dead corner are reduced to an absolute minimum.
Surface finished internally: <0.5 Ra. 210 grit. (Mirror polish): Externally: 0.8 Ra. 180 grit. (Mirror/Mat finish)
An air tight lid with /without sight glass is provided. Safety with relief valve provided on lid.
A long pipe is provided to ensure complete drawing of the fluid.
Standard Models are available between 20 to 200 lts.
S.S. 304 Mobile trolley with PU-coated S.S. body castor wheel for easy movement can also be provided.
These vessel can be put in an autoclave and be steam sterilised.
